Blackneck Ranch is a local Texas Family Farm that was born out of a dream to become more self-sustainable through hands-on homesteading, such as farm fresh eggs, homegrown vegetables and microgreens, and natural beauty products.

At Blackneck Ranch, our microgreens are small in size but big in flavor and nutrition. Grown with care right here on our Texas family farm, these vibrant young greens are harvested at their peak for maximum taste and health benefits. Packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and bold color, our microgreens add a fresh, gourmet touch to salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and more. Each week, we offer a rotating variety of fresh microgreens grown right here on our Texas family farm.

Our weekly selection may include customer favorites like sunflower, broccoli, radish, smoothie blend, and party greens.

Because we harvest in small batches, our mix changes with the seasons and growing cycles—always fresh, always flavorful.

How Should I Eat Microgreens?

Microgreens are incredibly versatile and easy to enjoy! You can eat them raw or lightly cooked—just rinse and toss them on top of salads, sandwiches, tacos, or grain bowls for a fresh burst of flavor and nutrition. Blend them into smoothies, stir them into soups after cooking, or use them as a vibrant garnish for any dish.
